Nothing wrong with Gamma Phi Beta. Gorgeous house with unique design. Long history and tradition. Large chapter. If they rank low it’s probably because they don’t promote themselves. They’re quiet and keep to themselves. If they cared to link up with higher ranked fraternities, their own ranking would improve.
