kind of disagree. within the tier debatable. but for this year at least it holds to be pretty true. axo could swap back above next year hopefully the new house would help. but they failed to meet quota by a significant amt & resulted to many snap bids. & pc quality wasn’t how it used to be within the past 2 years. neither of any of the sororities listed above dz,pi phi, a phi, etc. going up had to snap bid bc not enough girls didn’t want their chapter. amongst other reasons. & xo however would be debatable.
