I would say pi lam is around the same level as chi phi, maybe slightly better. Both don’t really get high quality pledges. pi lam has more brothers, but chi phi is newer and probably has better parties. Those two are the “best” of the bottom tier. But not nearly on the same level as the middle tier frats (D Chi, Fiji, Alpha Delt, Sig Chi, Beta)
