It’s not that FSU doesn’t want them back, the alumni and nationals have to appeal and go through the process to receive FSU admin approval to return. Lambda Chi could do so at any time. Pi Kapp was removed for 7 years and can return in ‘26. Lamda Chi doesn’t have a house to return to and prob should have kept theirs and rented it out. Heritage Grove could work if they rebuild, PhiTau, PhiSig and others return there. PiKapp still owns their house on College Ave. I still think it’s an issue for most fraternity alumni base/HQ that you’re paying for a house that sits on someone else’s land. It’s why when Sigep came back, they didn’t move out there.
