It was a great opportunity for smaller fraternities like TKE, Phi Psi, Alpha Delt and others. But the construction was shoddy and fraternities in the 'club houses' were unhappy. One by one they moved away. HG was sold, and is now prospering, after massive repairs to the club apartments. If ATO or Sigma Chi wanted to build on one of the vacant lots, they could probably make a good deal. FSUPD no longer has a substation there, and there are worlds of free parking. Pike, Lambda Chi and Phi Delt were VERY happy. Phi Delt is already back. LXA is supposed to be back in the spring, and ATO later in 2025 or 2026.
