This. So true. Nervous? Normal. Scared and having a meltdown? No. Stop building this up so much. Sorority members are just people with flaws and problems and hangups and emotions too. They only intimidate you because they can hide all that and keep their cool. Be more like that. Sororities HAVE to make a good impression because this is the most important thing they will do all year and the HAVE to get it right. Pressure. No 'top' house will take anything for granted in recruitment and will go above and beyond to make sure every PNM loves them. You are not going up to the cool kids table in the lunch room in recruitment, they are asking you to come to them. Get a grip.
