There is no guarantee for any pnm to get their top choices, but any poc with the high GPA, resume, conversational skills and put together appearance has the same chance as any pnm. You barely see them because there are proportionately fewer rushing NPC sororities, and they have Divine 9 choices as well. Do rush, but understand the expectations of a competitive recruitment for everyone.
