Don't believe the delta chi propaganda on here. Constantly trying to inflate their rep by putting themselves higher than they actually are. Theyve got some avg/cool guys and their house is big but mostly empty. Heritage grove sucks and is irrelevant. Their functions are just spillover from pike. Not to much else happening there.
