Only a few fraternities can actually have parties inside their house. One's I know of: KA, SAE, Pike, DX, Kappa Sig, Fiji. Maybe TX. I don’t think SPE or Beta are allowed to have parties in-house. Sorry no offense meant if I’m wrong.
