There are mistakes. Just today, there was drama in my chapter because a PNM was dropped who was not supposed to be dropped. It was a mistake made by our internal team and there were lots of tears shed over it. In addition to that, more PNMs than were allowed to return were given a “perfect score” from recruiters in our chapter. That means that some of the girls who our recruiters loved and thought would be perfect fit in our chapter, had to be released from recruitment because of numbers. It is a flawed system because there are girls who we loved and they loved us and we were not able to invite them back. Inevitably, some of the girls that we invited back for round two are going to cut us for round 3, while we might have been a top choice for some of the girls who we had to cut round 1, even though we loved both of those PNMs equally.
