guys i’m sorry you really shouldn’t show up to events uninvited. it’s not an “oh i’ll show up anyways, maybe they’ll have extra rushers” kinda thing. yeah they might have more members than needed there but it would reflect badly on you to show up uninvited. they’ll think “that girl is weird and obsessed with us” trust meee. and word might get around. this could even cause you to get dropped by DZ in the fall and other houses could hear abt it and drop you over it as well. if other people got emails and you didn’t — you’re just not invited back :/ i’m sorry but that’s the most likely option. you can always try contacting them via email or ig about the event today and see if you can attend, but i wouldn’t spam them relentlessly or show up there if they don’t reply. no reply = no invite. it’s very unlikely there was a glitch or someone messed up. don’t take the rejection to heart, spring rush is kinda brutal. give fall rush a try (or another try) and get to meet all the houses instead. if DZ is meant to be, they’ll bid you in the fall. and try to focus on making yourself a strong pnm this semester (get good grades, get involved on campus, meet other ppl in greek life, cultivate your style and look, and don’t be afraid to put yourself out there!)
