Since girls can not drop houses they rank them. When your bottom houses become your last choices - you would have basically dropped those houses anyway if you could have - you are done. It doesn't matter who the houses on the bottom of your list were. What you all want to ignore is that if 3 out of 10 girls are dropping, that means almost all the houses only think the other 7 are worthy of their house. Those are shocking numbers. What it means is that houses are all chasing the same girls and the "process" is trying to allocate the leftovers. Sorry to tell you that 30% of the girls aren't gonna put up with that.
