If your fraternity WAS top tier here, you can probably rebuild to that level again. If your fraternity was never top tier here, then you have small chance to rise that high. I'm thinking ATO: top tier when they got kicked off for hazing. Five years later they came right back and top tier again. Next time they come back it will be the same. Sig Chi was kicked off for 7 years. Just came back and are already making big moves. Sig Ep and SAE same thing, although some think they aren't all the way back quite yet.
