I’m the consultant who wrote the post above and we care about any of our chapters that are struggling. The difference is the girls have to put in the work, take feedback and be willing to change. If they get the same results over and over, my nationals will shut them down, which sucks. And to be clear, my national org doesn’t care if a chapter is bottom tier or whatever. Lots of chapters are bottom tier but still have strong sisterhoods.
