Once membership drops below a certain level, sororities can’t maintain their houses. Alpha xi Delta, Sigma Kappa, tri-Sigma all sold or abandoned their houses and never returned. AOPi and Alpha Phi sold their houses and left FSU, but came back later with new chapters and built new houses. If AGD leaves they probably won’t come back; their new house is too expensive. If PanHel would loosen their recruitment restrictions the AGDs might have an opportunity to survive.
