If they were unfounded claims, it would be brutal. But they aren't. These are actually current and former members trying to highlight issues they faced and promises that were broken. You can't promise girls throughout rush that they'll find an inclusive place in your home free of judgment, only to be exactly like the other houses you pretend not to compete with. There are systemic flaws in the recruitment and member experience processes that need to be fixed. It's been made that internally there is no safe space so try to bring ideas for improvement without it seeming like an attack. As people, don't we aim to grow and develop into a better version of ourselves? Why would you want to get a group stay stagnant, especially when that means toxicity, literally bullying as a grown adult, and being silenced? Paying to take down posts you don't like is a political move. Don't pretend to be quirky and different when you're no better than the rest.
