SAE and Theta Chi are similar fraternities. Both are prestigious and both qualify as what some characterize as "party fraternities." Both have strong nationals; both are good at UF and other Florida schools. If you have to draw differences, I'd say SAE's house is a lot better. But Theta Chi is higher ranked among sororities. Just my opinion, I don't think you can go wrong either way.
