does anyone know the deal with the two houses down a bit from the pots house. One is shelled out, but it looks like some work is being done. anyone going for the old Pi Kapp/ AEPi house? Finally, Pi Psi couldn't make payments on the 'pots house'. Then I know ATO was moving in for 07-08, but then they were suspended. How can FIJI make payments on the house with like 15 rooms? Arn't there like 30 guys in the whole Frat? There are really only a couple fraternities big enough to sustain a house, and obviously most of them have houses, which is why they are big. So that only leaves a couple. Pi Kapp just took about every balled or leftover kid from rush, so they are getting up in numbers. Whats SAE's status? are they getting numbers? I have an ATO in my class, he says they have about 50 now and plan on getting over 120 by the end of fall because they have a year round rush thing w/o a typical pledgeship. how big is theta chi now, maybe they could take a different house...
