Tau Ep is definitely NOT tier 2, more like tier 4 (#1 ranking on this site means nothing). An improving surprise this year, IMO, is EX. They made it to the finals in volleyball (lost to PIKE) and beat PIKE in football. Definitely helps to confirm their solidty as am upper tier fraternity.
