Was talking to a Tau Ep alum this weekend up in the Univ Center Club, he said their plans are to have two houses (keep the current one on campus for tailgating and a place to chill when you are in btwn class), and then have a mansion over in the Grove on the All Tool Order lot. That would be sick!
