From what I know, the Swigs have the best shot at it, but Phi Sig's are trying hard to get it. They have no money and apparently Kappa Sig just won some court case and got some major cash. I've also heard just about every other house some way involved, but who knows. The Swigs have been talking about this for close to a year, so they probably know the owners pretty well. If they do make the move, having them and KA that close will lead to some great fights.
