ATO has that lot. My fraternity has looked into and they are firmly entrenched. I have no doubt the second they get back on, construction will begin. The guy who built all the new parking garages is contracted to build that house. His son just went KA. Anyway, even if ATO somehow lost this land (which it won't), all the fraternities that have been in the "lodges" around the Grove since 2004 (KSig, PKT, Fiji, TKE) would have first right. I don't which of the 4 would get it, but I do know they have first say.
