Why is this even an argument? It's pretty clear the guy below is an ATO and must know something we don't. Based on the statement two below me, that lot would have been available since 2006. Don't you think someone would have purchased it by now? It doesn't make sense to me that the lot would remain vacant in a prime location for 2 years. Pretty much every HG apartment frat is looking to build and most have the money to do it now. Until I see dirt moving and walls going up. I really don't care who owns it.
