So supposedly Kappa Sig weren't lying, my friend showed me this today: http://cvweb.clerk.leon.fl.us/process.asp?template=dockets&addQuery=real_case.case_id='82714536' Which if you scroll down and check out the other links is the money that the state of FL owed them for the past like 8 years, and they are getting like another half a million because the property wasn't appraised correctly. That's more than enough to get a loan for the Pots house, this makes them probably the only fraternity with a solid standing to move in there. Is going to be interesting to see what Phi Sig can scourange up from their alumni that hate them lol
