PanHel is 99% white and the black sororities are 100% black. Is that racism, or just comfort in being around people like yourself? The IFC fraternities are a LOT more diverse, but no one forced them to do it. There are NO whites in the black fraternities. I’m guessing that there is no young black woman who has gone through PanHel formal recruitment and did not get a bid.
