Any fraternity can do what the Pikes do. It's not the house. The Delt house is small and old and the ATOs live in apartments, but those are always the top three in everyone's minds. Yes, I'm girl. I can tell you what Pike does and it's not magic. Pike makes recruitment their top priority. They had 90% of their NM class after the summer and the first night of formal recruitment. They don't 'pledge' anyone who doesn't fit the image, unless they're a legacy. They promote themselves constantly and they deliberately seek out high profile athletes and campus leaders. ANYONE can do this if they're willing to make the commitment.
