Both are considered excellent houses. They attract similar girls and there are only slight differences. KD has a more stereotypical looks "type" associated with it's letters while ZTA is considered more diverse overall. You would be lucky to get a bid at either...keep an open mind as these are probably the most difficult to get into. Good luck
