The rumor that “suiciding” or just ranking one house on your pref list lowers your chance of getting a bid from the one house is FALSE!!! If you have 2 houses and will only accept a bid from your top house, only put that 1. Only putting one house does not lower your chance of getting a bid from that house. The above statement is completely false. Don’t disappoint yourself by putting 2 houses if you can’t see yourself in one of them!
