No, this is not at all what's being described. What if you were car shopping and you had no idea what the make and model of the cars were, and they all cost about the same, and you were deciding which car you liked best based on just the features of the car??? You wouldn't know if you were looking at a Porche vs a Volvo vs a Mazda or whatever, you would just know what you liked about each one and which one fit you best.
