If you count the Top 4 as Pike, Delt, ATO and Phi Tau (or KA) then Delt is one of those. With Phi Delt gone that leaves a spot open for Phi Tau or KA. Delt's problem is they don't do anything. They're connected with the right sororities, but their members have no resume to speak of - no sports, no student government, etc. Plus their membership is low compared to the other top houses. They have a great house location though. And if they 'had a quiet year' - God Bless them - they're one of the very few.
