many girls drop from recruitment by the end of the second round (which is typically day 3 or 4). the way that FSU does recruitment is through mutual selection process. with over 2000 PNMs, more than half of which only want a "top" house, many people drop. It's rare for someone to not get offered a bid. If a girl doesnt get a bid, it means that she broke the rules by missing several parties and/or not going to them, or other special circumstances. With that, at the end of recruitment there are ALWAYS 3-4 houses that consistently give out snap bids, meaning they did not reach quota. there is a place for everyone.
