No, the judge dropped FELONY hazing charges. Felony hazing is an intentional act that leads to injury or death. They are still charged with MISDEMEANOR hazing, which is creating a situation where injury or death could occur. They didn't take care of one of their own. That is not ethical at the very least, never mind illegal.
