The only sororities that I've heard about hazing in the last few years (at other schools), are DPhIE, AXiD, SK, Tri Sigma, and SDT. These are all much smaller national organizations that aren't as involved in the way the individual chapters operate so you have more breaking the rules. Literally all the big sororities nationally have advisors breathing down their necks about hazing and would shut a chapter down immediately if they catch that kind of behavior.
