here are the facts to consider. 1 Phi Delt is not closing down. 2 All 3 of those big houses in HG are private, on private land. the university owns NOTHING in HG. The pike, phi delt and LXA alumni built and own them. 3 In 1988 the pikes and phi delts got kicked off at the same time. Pike national pulled out right away but phi delt national supported them and did not close their chapter. Phi delt moved to college avenue and continued to operate. Phi delt national WILL NOT cut their own chapters throat. God bless phi delt!
