Sorry, didn't deliberately disrespect ATO or the others on Pensacola Street: Alpha Tau Omega - Solid upper level fraternity. Came back from being gone and did extremely well. Got set back by some incident (don't know what). They have a good social media. They were actually better two-three years ago when they had more campus presence (i.e. athletes, campus leaders). Their location is out of the way so they have to make greater efforts to get people's attention. If they were in HG or somewhere along College they'd probably be considered top tier. Potential, but not there yet. Chi Phi - Folks make fun of the Pizza Hut but Chi Phi is a very solid outfit. Big numbers and decent quality, and they're building a traditional house on the same lot. Celebrating 50 years on campus this fall. This is the best they've ever been and they can get even better. Beta Theta Pi - Very intelligent guys. They'll never be accused of having too much 'toxic masculinity'. Beta is great nationally and they'll have access to resources to make them upper-middle tier. They could use some balance between GPA and HGH. Too much Big Bang Theory right now.
