OP, go meet the Zetas. Make up your own mind based on your own opinion of them. Understand that even if you decide you want to affiliate with them, they may not invite you to do so. With most sororities you have to have your former chapter submit paperwork on your behalf to your national office. You might get started on that now, just in case you do want to affiliate. I know a girl who was a transfer from Bama who did affiliate with her sorority here. She had to wait an entire semester before she could affiliate because of a paperwork holdup. I have heard that in most sororities it can take a while to get the paperwork done. FSU is a big school. I know lots of folks who are not members of Greek life. They manage to keep themselves entertained. You will be fine if you don't affiliate.
