I heard that the new SAE house is so big that they wont be able to fill it or afford the rent. So they will be rented as apartments to other frats and GDIs (like Heritage) so the owner can fill it. If that's true that's pretty funny. Anybody care to comment? Maybe the SAE greekrank chair?
