Let's look at who's top tier. Everyone pretty much agrees Pike is on top. Delt is also traditionally a top tier chapter. Sigma Chi was, but they're gone. ATO was, but they faded. Phi Sig was, but no one has seen or heard of them lately. Phi Delta Theta, Phi Kappa Tau and Theta Chi can all make the case that they belong in the top tier. Phi Delt is very large, and good in sports. Phi Tau is a party fraternity. Theta Chi is a leadership fraternity with a dollop of goobers. So those five probably make up the top tier at this moment.
