That's pretty accurate. Pikes and delta are solid #1 and #2 and there's a gap after that. But yes Phi Delt, Phi Tau and Theta Chi are the three rising. Sigma Chi got kicked off and Phi Sig is parts unknown, so someone has to take their place. Kappa Sigma is a good solid mid tier fraternity. Good house/location. Other than that pretty average.
