honestly during rush if you really wanted to get into a top house, you can. if tiers mean that much to you then go for it, get into a top house, but personally i went into rush without knowing a thing about tiers and I love my chapter and i know i belong there. i met girls i've loved in "bottom tier" and girls i haven't liked in "top tier". But i get it, some girls really care and would only be happy in a top tier house, nothing wrong with that, but most people I talk to don't care about the tiers, they're made up so don't look into it too much. every chapter has its up and downs
