you should quit before initiation. It's not fair to your sorority or you. Just realize that it is less likely that rushing as a junior will go better for you than it did as a sophomore- probably not as well. You might stand a better chance re-rushing in the spring. Is your GPA awesome? Are you active in campus clubs? Have good friends in sororities that will invite you over to meet their sisters and for meals? Volunteer on campus or in a local charity? If you answer no to any of these, think hard before you quit.
