Fraternities are easy to do. let's pretend the 'top fraternities' are Pike, Delt, Phi Delt, Theta Chi, ATO, KA and Phi Sig. Pike - corporate, driven, huge, loud, dominant. Delt - popular, athletic, tight, respected by rival fraternities. Phi Delt - huge, great house, loud, pot, popular and improving. Theta Chi - huge, athletic, getting new house, mixed popularity. ATO - Solid, popular, good looking, house close to Doak. KA - popular with certain top girls, keep to themselves, quiet. Phi Sig - Loud, south Florida, popular, struggle with housing but that doesn't seem to slow them down.
