My heart is heavy. My thoughts and prayers are with Alpha Phi, and to the friends and family of that beautiful girl. To anyone suffering with mental health issues, please know you ARE NOT alone. There is always help, and there will always be someone who will help. Do not ever be ashamed for feeling the way you do. You are so loved, even if you don't feel it. Life and school can get thought especially at our age, but there's so much good to come out of it. Life is worth living; things will always get better
