Idk if this is much insight, but I knew a lot of pledges for a few different fraternities that lived on my floor (Phi Delt, Theta Chi, ZBT, Sig Ep, and PiKapp) and all of them were never in the dorms their pledging semester....they all pledged in the spring and everyone they were friends with before were kind of dropped by them cause of the time commitment.
