There's nothing wrong with having a mansion. That means you're alumni have money and if you want to succeed after college Alumni networking is key. You can continue to bash Phi Delt, but they'll do better than just average even with their house. I've said before I can't stand some of the annoying guys they have but they are a top house. Greek rank won't change that.
