Best Phi Delt chapters in the south are FSU, Ole Miss, Texas Tech, Arkansas, SMU, UF. Very impressive list. But here are others that don't help Phi Delts claim to be tops in the south. Alabama: The term 'Old Row' may mean something from 150 years but it's not relevant today. Phi Delt is not bad but nothing special at Alabama. Georgia: Nothing special LSU: bad Tennessee: bad South Carolina: No chapter Auburn: No chapter Kentucky: No chapter Phi Delta's best chapters are as good as anyone's. But its hard to make the case that they're the top fraternity in the south.
