I actually don't like Phi Delt here, i'll be a little honest. I haven't had the most pleasant experiences. But I saw this post and had to step in because my best friend from HS goes to Ole Miss and Phi Delt is either #1 or #2 there and Ole Miss is arguably the best greek system in the nation. Top Tier at Ole Miss, Miss State Top Tier at Arkansas Top Tier at TTU, SMU, TCU and Baylor. Top Tier at Alabama (Old Row) They 'had' a Top Tier chapter at Mizzou till it restructured Yes, they are terrible at LSU, Tennessee and Georgia. You have three schools.
