Are we seriously having this argument again? Yes, Phi Delt is in top tier. No they are not competing with Pike. No one said they were. But when you put Phi Tau and irrelevant national fraternities above them it makes no sense. Sure having a mansion doesn't determine how successful you are but it doesn't limit Phi Delt to anything. Phi Delt is top when it comes to southern schools. They are Old Row at Alabama, anyone who says they aren't top at FSU is out of their mind. Any fraternity who discounts Phi Delt is probably just jealous because of how many wealthy donors and alumni they have. This is coming from a girl in a top sorority here. Get educated with the greek system before you make stupid comments.
