For most all this year Kappa Sigma has been the champion leader of self-promotion, including making their pledges downgrade the best fraternities on the front page. Then Fiji comes back and is mega-annoying with their relentless promotion of Things That Don't Count. Here's a cue: if any stud pledges Fiji in the fall because you won a philanthropy, please let us know. Now comes Phi Delt. Where did they come from? All the talk about how they're #2 and their house is filled with money and better than anyone's and their alumni rule the world. Truth is Phi Delt is like a cloud with no distinct shape.
