There's nothing wrong with Phi Delta they're easily top half maybe top quarter, but they're not in the same league as Pike and Delt. Pike and Delt are very different although they rush the same guys, but I know what makes each one unique. When I think of Phi Delta nothing specific comes to mind except their house.
